Meet the Team

Aiying Law - Owner

Aiying is mum to Annabel and Alexander.  She recently returned to Australia after spending 12 years in London and runs mumandworking from her home in Sydney.  Her husband, Phil, works full-time (and bit too much) outside the home and together they make it work: family, friends, career, school, and play.  The wheels regularly fall off, but they pause, pop them back and carry on.

Aiying is passionate about supporting working parents, especially mums, to stay in paid work after starting a family.  She loves hearing stories of how different families juggle work and family life and how they each, in different ways, “make it work”.  You can read more about how Aiying came to start mumandworking in Australia on this blog entry.

Before mumandworking, Aiying loved life in the corporate sector. She started her career with Accenture and went on to lead and inspire teams in telecommunication companies including Orange, T-Mobile and EE in Sydney and London.

Jodie Bruce-Clarke - Account Manager

Jodie loves being a work-from-home Mum to her 2 young children, Lyla and Byron.  She works part-time as the mumandworking Account Manager so she can still enjoy making it to see the kids school carnivals and be the taxi for after school activities.

Jodie is passionate about helping Mums find work that suits the family and helping businesses tap into the benefits of having a flexible workforce.

In addition to mumandworking Jodie also runs her own coaching and speaking business, Rise Women.  Previous to that she had a long career in the Hospitality and Events Management sector.
